1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are files the site stores on your device so that it works, remembers your preferences or measures its use. This policy applies to spen.ai and the Spen web app, and complies with Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE.
2. Cookies we use
- Technical or strictly necessary: enable browsing, login and security. They do not require consent.
- Preference: remember settings such as language or region.
- Analytics: Spen does not currently use analytics cookies. If we add them, they will only be set if you accept them.
- Marketing: Spen does not use advertising cookies.

3. Managing cookies
spen.ai only uses technical and preference cookies, which do not require consent, so we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first, and rejecting them will be as easy as accepting them.
You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you delete the session cookie, you will need to sign in again.
4. Transfers and further information
If a cookie provider is located outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy. For any questions, write to privacy@spen.ai.
