2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website spen.ai (the "Site"). Use of the Spen service is also governed by the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Acceptable Use and AI Policy. By accessing the Site you accept this Legal Notice.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this Legal Notice. You must not:

Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything that may damage the Site or third-party systems.
Attempt to access restricted areas, other people's accounts or Mazinger systems without authorization.
Extract content in bulk or by automated means (scraping) without prior written permission.
Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site (text, design, logos, trademarks, software, source code, interfaces and images) belongs to Mazinger or to third parties who have authorized its use. All rights reserved. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is not permitted without express authorization, except for personal and private use.

Third-party trademarks and logos shown on the Site (for example, of the tools Spen integrates with) belong to their respective owners. They are shown for identification only and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement.

5. Liability

Mazinger strives to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the Site will be available without interruption. Mazinger is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.

Examples, conversations and use cases shown on the Site are illustrative and are not a promise of specific results.

6. Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Mazinger does not control and is not responsible for their content or policies. If Mazinger becomes aware that a link leads to unlawful content, it will remove it promptly.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
